JOB TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGERS 
THE PERSON

This is a management position and the successful applicant will be expected to have the following minimum qualifications:
BSc in any Social Science, possession of MBA is added advantage.
10 years experience in Human Resource preferably in the FMCG and in a factory environment
Membership of CIPM is mandatory
High interpersonal disposition
Good financial management and analytical skills
Between 35 and 40 years age bracket
Must be computer literate

THE JOB
The HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGERS that we are looking for will be attached to our regions and in that capacity will have full responsibility for organizing and coordinating activities aimed at attracting, retaining and enhancing the human capital management process at the regional level, and as custodian of company policies, ensure adequate implementation
Specific duties and responsibilities include the following:
Handle talent sourcing at the region as approved by management
Implement, monitor and maintain approved manning level at the region
Manage the performance management process in the region
Ensure adherence to company’s rules and regulations and work out acceptable and objective criteria for organizing excellence in productivity
Monitor and control overtime work in the plant and associated Depots
Liaise with Manpower Development Manager in identifying and coordinating staff development activities at the region
Liaise with the Pension & Benefit Manager in operating the staff pension scheme in line with existing Pension Act
Liaise with external and regulatory agencies in his territory  Maintain cordial relationship with host communities in such a manner that guarantees cooperation and harmony
Promote industrial harmony through regular communication and meetings with workers and workers’ representatives at the region
Manage and monitor implementation of HMO and other medical schemes at the region. METHOD OF APPLICATION
