INSTITUTIONALIZATION AND ADVISORY SERVICES (REF: IAS 001)
JOB FUNCTION: Principal Consultant
JOB TYPE: Part- Time (Project Basis)
QUALIFICATIONS
• First degree in Finance, Accounting or Human Resource Management. (Minimum of 2.2 required but 2.1 gives added advantage)
• Relevant additional qualifications such as MBA, ICAN, ACCA, CIPM, CFA (will be an added advantage)
EXPERIENCE
• 3-5 years in a management consulting position in a reputable firm or prior functional experience in areas relevant for specific client project garnered from a reputable organization.
FINANCIAL SERVICES AND PAYMENTS (REF: FS&P 002)
JOB FUNCTION: Associate/Principal Consultant
JOB TYPE: Part- Time (Project Basis)
QUALIFICATIONS
• First degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting and additional professional qualifications such as an MBA would be an advantage
EXPERIENCE
• 2-6 years in core financial services sector or consulting for same.
NON-FINANCIAL SERVICES AND PAYMENTS (REF: NFS 003)
JOB FUNCTION: Associate Consultant
JOB TYPE: Part- Time (Project Basis)
QUALIFICATIONS
• First Degree preferably 2:1.
• An MBA or a good 2nd degree will be an added advantage
E-BUSINESS (REF: E-BUS 004)
JOB FUNCTION: Principal Consultant
JOB TYPE: Part- Time (Project Basis)
QUALIFICATIONS
• First degree in Computer science, Information technology (Minimum of 2.2 but with 2.1 as advantage)
• M.Sc. degree in Computer science, Information technology will be an added advantage.
• Certifications in programming languages, networking , database management and project management will be an added advantage
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in the IT space
VENTURES DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT (REF: VDM 005)
JOB FUNCTION: Project Manager/Business Manager
JOB TYPE: Part-time (Project basis)
QUALIFICATIONS
• First degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting
• An MBA will be an added advantage
• Any other additional relevant certifications
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 5 years in corporate finance/venture capital environment or investment banking and business advisory
