JOB TITLE: TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROJECTS
REQUIREMENTS:
•At least 5 years of professional experience in financial management or work as an economist. At least 3 years experience outside Nigeria.
• Good knowledge of EU financial and procurement regulations, procedures and project cycle management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in preparation, implementation of tenders and contract management according to the EDF rules and procedures.
• Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural team and a dynamic environment.
• University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields, additional relevant professional qualification will be considered as an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
