Superflux is a specialized document printing company rendering services to key organizations in Nigeria and the West African sub0region. Due to business expansion, the company requires highly competent individuals with proven track record of performance to occupy the following positions
DIVISIONAL HEAD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Financial Sector)
Enterprising and experienced professional who has proven ability to formulate and execute marketing and sales strategies for business growth and profitability
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / SKILLS:

Responsible for managing and growing and existing business that is core banking operations
Development of successful business growth strategy
Must be able to network with key decision makers
Must banking sector is preferred but not compulsory.
Good negotiation, research and presentation (oral and written) skills are essential for this position.

DIVISIONAL HEAD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Public Sector)
Enterprising and experienced professional who has proven ability to formulate and execute marketing and sales strategies for business growth and profitability

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/SKILLS:
Responsible for expanding and developing new business in the public sector
Manage sensitive and important relationship to assure continued business streams
Coordinate regional marketing and administrative duties for Abuja and the North
Must be able to network with key decision makers
A good first degree in Social Sciences or related field, MBA is an added advantage
At least 15 years in high level sales and marketing with minimum 5 years interaction with public sector procurement
Position to be based in Abuja

DIVISIONAL HEAD, BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & STRATEGY
The candidate will design processes to help deliver sustainable value to the customers through the application of continuous improvement methodologies.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/SKILLS:
Responsible for process integrity, quality assurance of group operations
Harmonize various manufacturing process within the group for better performance
Focus on implementing production efficiency through the Balance Score Card
A good first degree in Engineering or related field, second degree is an added advantage
Minimum5 years business process management experience at senior management level

Head business development (International Markets)
Exciting opportunity for an Executive who will be responsible for deepening and expanding our international clientele

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/SKILLS:
Be responsible for international marketing operations of the group which would cover all sectors (public and private) and for all group products and services
Create and execute sales growth plans for the assigned region, including a market assessment of channels for distribution, competitive analysis and marketing opportunities
Cultivate and leverage relationships across various African countries in order to secure viable business
Develop and execute a channel marketing plan, including regional trade shows, advertisements etc
Possess a business degree and 10 years of related sales experience (Industry experience is preferred but not compulsory)
Fluency in both English and French languages is essential

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS (5 POSITIONS) (Reporting to Divisional Heads)

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/SKILLS:

Responsible for aggressive business acquisition for new services in the security and commercial print industry
Manage customer relationship
Source for new business in order to achieve set financial targets
Ensure performance to customer’s specifications
Previous working experience in media, print and publishing
Minimum 10 years in sales and marketing to corporate organization such as Banks, FMCGs, Telecomms and Government Institutions
Vacancies exist in Lagos, Abuja and West African countries; specific experience in these regions are added advantage, this should be highlighted in your resumes

HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
The ideal candidate would develop and implement human capital development strategies for the group in line with the business

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/SKILLS:
Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, manpower planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and learning and development
Must have experience in managing over 300 employees in multiple countries.
Must have been in the driving seat for human capital development strategies in similar employees sized company
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development with over 10 years experience of which 5 years is a HR lead in a medium size organization

CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
The corporate communication manager would be the image maker for the group. He will design and implement communication strategies to have a positive and strategic shareof the mind for the various activities in the group

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/SKILLS:
Total ownership and accountability for all corporate communications plans (internal and external) which include strategic and tactical corporate campaigns, stakeholder communications etc
A bachelors degree in marketing or business with previous experience in marketing, journalism, public relations or advertising is preferred
Creative thinker, able to conceive unconventional solutions in support of rapid growth
Dynamic and high energy personality with a natural flair for interacting with people at all levels
Must have managed a similar function directly reporting to executive management.

MEAD, INTERNAL AUDIT & CONTROL
Ideal candidate would add value by making specific recommendations in relation to the business, process and projects in order to improve  the overall control environment.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/SKILLS:
Lead a port folio of audits, ensuring effective planning, execution reporting and clearance of audit work. This will involve gathering information by meeting people at all levels across the business, reporting findings, discussing and agreeing recommendations with management
Provide advice to management on control issues
Applicants should have at least 7 years as Head of Audit in a manufacturing outfit..
Should have a degree in a business related discipline and be a qualified chartered accountant. Certified information system auditor (CISA).
Knowledge of ITIL is an added advantage.
