POST TITLE:   State Team Leader
JOB LOCATION:  Kebbi State
OBJECTIVES:
  • The objective of the State Team Leader position is to provide overall leadership and management of the MSH Pro-ACT project in the State related states/areas in a manner that strengthens partnerships with the state government and other partners, and leads to sustainable HIV/ AIDS prevention and control efforts,
  • Lead the development of an integrated Pro-ACT project plan for the State in collaboration with the Project Director. Deputy Director, Associate Directors, Advisors and State Specialists,
  • Operationalize Pro-ACT project plan in the State ensuring efficient coordination of resources to maximize integration and synergy of program areas,
  • Provides clear documentation of programmatic achievements as well as required data and keeps MSH senior management informed of state activities on monthly, quarterly and annual basis and take responsibility for management of the state Pro-ACT project budget and all other resources under the direction of Director, Country Office Management Unit (COMU).

POST TITLE:   HIV Prevention Specialist
JOB LOCATION:  Adamawa State

OBJECTIVES:
  • The objective of the HPS position will be to provide leadership to the state program m building a network of effective gender sensitive, targeted HIV prevention services in catchment communities around CCT and satellite PHC health facilities. (Abstinence Be Faithful (AB) and other prevention programs, demand creation for HCT, care and treatment) creating synergies with the clinical care programs and the work being done by PLWHA, 
  • Provide technical input in the development of an integrated Pro-ACT project state plan in collaboration with the Directors, Advisors and State Teams. 
  • Together with the Community and Clinical Services Specialists, take lead in the establishment of the community HIV Prevention services and lead in building the capacity of Community Service Providers (CBOs, PLWHA, volunteers etc) in HIV prevention and communication for effective behavior change,
  • Liaise with the M and E Specialist to ensure HIV prevention components of the M and E system are functionalized. (Clarity of indicators, M and E data tools, data quality audits, reporting annual basis.

POST TITLE:   Clinical HIV/AIDS Specialist
JOB LOCATION:   Kogi State
OBJECTIVES:
  • The objective of the Clinical Services Special position will be to provide leadership to the state program in building a network of clinical HIV services (PITC, PMTCT, enrollment into palliative care/continuum of care, referral to community care services, ART, TB Care, follow-up of clients on ART and/or TB treatment and PMTCT mother-baby pairs and link them with the community care services), 
  • Provide technical input in the development of an integrated State Pro-ACT project plan in collaboration with the Directory Advisors and State Teams and also take lead in the establishment of comprehensive HIV/AIDS and TB care and treatment services in the state Network with other State Government, CSO and community partners in the State to establish a functional referral system for clients between clinical and community-based HIV/AIDS services.

POST TITLE:   Technical Officer, Finance
JOB LOCATION:  Abuja
  • The Technical Officer (TO) will work in a team led by a Technical Advisor to provide integrated technical assistance for the capacity building of CSO and government partners at the federal, state and local government in strengthening their management, system and support the delivery of programs for project management, grants and procurement management, proposal development and leadership and management in order to enable the partners to be more programmatic, institutional and financially sustainable.
  • Technical Officer Finance position must have at least 3 years of working experience in financial management and should be familiar with PEPFAR and HIV/AIDS service delivery in Nigeria. Good Knowledge of the expectations and demands of USAID and other international donor agencies will be an added advantage. The TO is expected to have strong facilitation skills and be able to train staff of partner organizations.

POST TITLE:   Accountant

JOB LOCATION: Abuja
  • The Accountant is responsible for assisting the Finance Manager with safeguarding the assets (financial and physical) of MSH and ultimately the US Government or other donors against fraud, loss or misuse. The Accountant is responsible for ensuring that any money expended in the  field is done in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, MSH policy and any cost principles imposed by the donor agency.

POST TITLE:   Driver

JOB LOCATION: Imo State
The Driver will provide transport support services to all technical program areas and Performs work in the operation of a vehicle to assure safe transportation of clients to and from various destinations and to assist clients on entry and exit from vehicles as necessary.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records relating to individual vehicles use,
  • Purchase fuel from commercial gas stations, reviews and verifies the accuracy of cash memos and submits them to the finance for payment,
  • Ensure all aspects of vehicles policy are being following and enforced,
  • License Class E,
  • Demonstrate experience in north central region of Nigerian,
  • Minimum of 5 years driving experience with NGO's or corporate organization in Nigeria,
  • Read, speak and write fluent English,
  • Good computer skills,
  • Reference and Guarantor,
  • West African School Certificate or equivalent,
  • Personal Characteristic must include excellent judgement, communication and problem solving skills,
  • Willingness to travel (50%) within Nigerian regularly as required,
  • Experience as a qualified mechanics desired but not required.
