JOB TITLE: QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER
DEPARTMENT: Network Group
LOCATION: Lagos
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Design, develop, and document Network Group processes and procedures.
- Review and ensure that all processes and procedures are done in line with the ISO standards
- Implementation of system and process audits and spot checks.

- Conduct a requirement analysis involving identification of business needs / project opportunities; and / or auditing existing policies, procedures, practices and technology
- Facilitate the awareness and need to acquire and maintain ISO accreditation

JOB CONDITIONS: Normal MTNN working conditions
REPORTING TO: Manager, Quality Systems and Processes
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- First degree in any discipline, but preferably in an Engineering/Technical capacity
- 4 years work experience of which 2 years should be in a technical role in the telecoms environment.
- Consulting experience in a technical environment
- People management experience.
- Experience in Process Re-engineering
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Permanent
QUALIFICATION: First degree in any discipline, but preferably in an Engineering/Technical capacity
