JOB TITLE: TEAM LEADERS (Packaging, Brewing, & Utilities)
JOB SUMMARY:
To lead an operational team in order to meet production performance targets
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Amongst other duties the Team Leader will respectively:
Lead production/shift to produce outputs at required standards
Coordinate/monitor process and plant equipment
Optimize productivity and performance processes
Optimize team performance (Level 1)
Perform administrative tasks
Facilitate team problem solving and decision making
Manage human resource (Level 1)

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
The occupant of this position should possess:
Minimum of BSC degree in Food Science & Technology, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering)
Minimum of three(3) years experience in a related field at a leadership position, preferably in brewery or FMCG environment
Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
KEY COMPETENCIES AND ATTRIBUTES
Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems
Proven leadership skills
Good communication with effective team-related skills
Initiative and self-managing
Attention to detail
Analytical problem-solver
Deep understanding of maintenance practices

JOB TITLE: MAINTENANCE CONTROLLERS (Brewing & Utilities)
JOB SUMMARY
To co-ordinate, coach and control the activities of the level one maintenance teams in the production environment and to provide specialist technical advice to ensure maximum equipment availability

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Among other duties, the Maintenance Controllers will respectively:
Provide technical expertise
Optimize production processes
Optimize plant and equipment availability
Manage/optimize computerized maintenance management system
Mentor and coach the shift teams
Optimize maintenance reliability, availability and cost
Manage human resource (Level 1)

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
The occupant of this position should possess:
Minimum of BSC degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering)
Minimum of three(3) years experience in a related field at a senor leadership position, preferably in brewery or FMCG environment
Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage

KEY COMPETENCES AND ATTRIBUTES
Knowledge of WCM/MEP strategies and initiatives
Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems
Proven leadership skills
Good communication with effective team-related skills
Analytical problem solver
Influencing ability with regards to asset care
Deep understanding of maintenance practices
Good understanding of the principles and practices of manufacturing excellence

JOB TITLE: MACHINE SPECIALIST (Packaging)
JOB SUMMARY:
Maintain, repair and optimize machines and associated devices to ensure machine availability and product quality at minimum cost whilst maintaining standards

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Among other duties, the Maintenance Controllers will respectively:
Optimize production processes
Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
Provide specialist technical support and enhance machine system and process capabilities
Maintain repair and optimize plant and associated devices. Optimize production performance

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
The occupant of this position should possess:
Trade test certificate and/or OND in Engineering(Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering)
Minimum of three(3) years experience in a related field, preferably in brewery or FMCG environment

KEY COMPETENCIES AND ATTRIBUTES
Systemic problem-solver
Great attention to detail
Good understanding of modern maintenance practices (e.g lazer alignments, vibration analysis)

JOB TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (Training)
JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resource Officer (Training) who will report to the Human Resource Manager will create and sustain a progressive learning environment by providing effective service to the value chain, focused on competence acquisition and performance

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Human Resource Officer (Training) will among other duties:
Co-ordinate learning, coaching and development activities for the business
Co-ordinate delivery of learning solutions
Identifying the business training needs
Facilitate competence assessments
Prepare a training budget for the business
Plan and initiate development and learning processes
Evaluate the efficiency of training
Develop and acquire resources and solutions within area of specialization

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
The occupant of this position should possess:
Minimum of BSC/HND in any social science
Minimum of five(5) years experience in a learning and development/management of training role in a manufacturing company preferably in an FMCG
Good knowledge of Ms Office Package(Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)

KEY COMPETENCIES AND ATTRIBUTES
Knowledge of performance management, human resource development (HRD) and competence assessment practices and training evaluation
Conversant with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) course approval and reimbursement processes
Good oral and communication skills
Proven training, coaching and facilitation skills
High initiative, be independent and proactive
Attention to detail (methodical record keeping)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
