JOB TITLE: WORKSHOP AND SITE SUPERVISOR
LOCATION: Lagos
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lange and Grant Commodities is a representative of MAMMUT building systems, one of the two leading sellers of pre-engineered buildings in the middle east which engages in construction of pre-engineering steel buildings, large prefab structures, warehouse structures, airport terminals, hangers and portacabins for residential and commercial housing developments, poultry, cold rooms abattoirs, as well as insulation products for process,
oil and gas industries. As a  portacabin development and sandwich panel sales company that functions primarily in the construction and real estate industry, we require qualified professionals for the following vacancy
Supervise workmen in workshop and on the site
Ensure delivery of required quantity and quality and speed in production of portacabin and panels
Provide breakdown of materials required and BOQ.
Take measurement of independently and make sketches that can be developed
Read,understand and construct cabin for engineering drawings
Ensure that the workers at the shop or field have all the necessary supports
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of OND/NCE in Mechanical Engineering,
Minimum experience of at least 2-3 years with a mechanical fabrication and assembly company experience in site supervision
Use of MS-office suite.
Ability to report formally in writing using a companion contact.
