JOB DESCRIPTION:

PPMS, technical assistance company to the Oil and gas industries is recruiting a HSE manager for an Offshore mission in Nigeria.
FUNCTIONS:
You will be in charge of training a Nigerian HSE Manager.
You will manage a team (between 30 to 40 people).
You will have to ensure the HSE plan in compliance with the project and advice regularly on the results and objectives.
You will develop and ameliorate the HSE performance.
You will write the HSE documentation.
You will be in charge of introducing the HSE procedures
You will perform regular updates and control of HSE activities: audits, inspections, reviews.
You will make sure that the personnel are qualified and have adequate experience to succeed the job.
PROFILE:
HSE engineering degree, with offshore experience
Minimum 10 years' experience of oil and gas installations as a managerial HSE position
English is compulsory.
