 KSBC Advisory Partners Limited’s client is an integrated Oil and Gas marketing and Distribution company. They are owners of tanker vessels, and are active operators in the Maritime Industry and Environmental Services. The Environmental services division operates through a subsidiary. As a result of strategic repositioning and its desire to expand its business aggressively into the Upstream segment of the Oil and Gas industry, we seek immediate employment of the following exceptional individuals to join its existing team.
OPERATIONS AND LOGISTICS MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Operations and Logistics Manager shall be responsible for the day to day effective and on-time deployment of the company’s assets including Tanker vessels, Barges, Boats, Tugs etc to achieve corporate objectives. His principal role shall be to find ways of making the company more productive by providing effective methods in the business operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have strong leadership background.
Must know how to handle problems quickly and efficiently
Must be very visible and highly respected
A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences or Engineering with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Maritime and Oil and Gas industry.
HEAD INTERNAL CONTROLS AND SYSTEMS
RESPONSIBILITIES
Shall be responsible for setting up the internal control procedures and systems of the company.
Conduct regular and on the spot audits of financial controls and management systems for corporate policy and legal compliance
Conduct annual review of fiscal and investment management policies and procedures and recommend corrective measures when necessary.
Conduct audit of automated financial systems to ensure correct data represents corporate financial health.
Ensure any identified data error, unaccountable transactions, faulty or inefficient processes are duly communicated to management while proffering suitable solutions and control measures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be vision minded, thorough and arithmetic oriented, conscientious and calculative with a high level of accuracy
Must be a person of integrity and ethically guided with willingness to disclose potentially illegal, criminal and unethical business practices or data
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelors degree or HND in accounting
Qualified Chartered Accountant
Possession of MBA will be an advantage
Computer Literacy and familiarity with automated accounting systems or ERPs
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
This includes identifying potential clients, and working with senior management to position the firm in new markets and business opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
The Business Development and Marketing Manager shall concentrate on developing new revenue streams from new products and services through identification of project opportunities and analysis of the marketplace for pertinent strategic opportunities  while optimizing income from existing lines through innovative marketing and rapid exploitation of changing customer needs.
Successful candidates  must have exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills.
Individual must be between the ages of 30-50 years with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, 5 of which should be in Business Development and/or Marketing.
A bachelors degree in Engineering or Management sciences is required. A quality MBA will be an advantage.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO) ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES SUBSIDIARY
QUALIFICATIONS
The Chief Operating Officer shall be responsible for the operations of the Subsidiary responsible for the Environmental Operations of the Group.
A minimum of 10 years working experience, 3 years of which should be in a progressive senior management position in Environmental or Allied roles in well-established companies.
Must have a recognized degree in Environmental Sciences or Allied disciplines and clearly a qualified MBA would be an advantage.
Ability to lead, plan and manage change
Very good business development skills.
Strong organizational skills.
The ability to set priorities.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
QUALIFICATIONS
The role is for a seasoned and qualified professional with visionary leadership skills in business development, project management, organizational development, strategic planning and change management in managing the company’s operations
Willing and eager to take on risky and difficult assignments and driven by results.
The candidate must be an accomplished leader and team builder with strong and consistent record of improving operational performance of companies.
Has track record of demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with workout and turnaround skills enabling new business projects to be implemented.
Ability to lead, plan and manage change.
Very good business development skills.
Strong organizational skills.
The ability to set priorities.
Must be between the ages of 35-55 years .
A minimum of 15 years’ experience, 5 of which should be in a senior management position.
Recognized bachelors degree in engineering or management sciences and clearly a quality MBA would be an added advantage.
