SPECIFICATIONS:

Good first degree in social science discipline with a minimum of second class (Upper Division)
Project management training/certification
Professional body Membership and Affiliations
A minimum of 3 years experience in the technical areas below:
Two yeas project monitoring experience
Two years project management experience
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Overseas / global best-practice experience
MARKETING
SPECIFICATIONS:
Good first degree in Marketing, with a minimum of second class (Upper Division)
Possession of an MBA/MSC.
A minimum of 3 years experience in the technical areas below:
Internet Marketing
Web design
Experience in corporate affairs
Experience in print media
Social net work marketing
Brand and image management
Events Marketing
Overseas/global best-practice experience
FACILITY MANAGEMENT OFFICER
SPECIFICATIONS:
Good university degree or its equivalent with a minimum of second class (Upper Division)
A minimum of 3 years experience in the technical areas below:
Office administration and procurement
Facility management in a best practice environment
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good self presentation with high level of confidence
Overseas/global best-practice experience
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
SPECIFICATIONS:
Good university degree in Human Science with a minimum of second class (Upper Division)
Professional body membership and affiliations
A minimum of 3 years experience in the technical areas below:
Organizational & employee development
Staff career charting
Succession planning
Talent management
Staff on-boarding and training
Knowledge of employment laws, employee relations and communication
Familiarity and skill with human resources automated tools. Microsoft office suite of products and employee file management
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Overseas/global best-practice experience
PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO
SPECIFICATIONS:
Good university degree or its equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with a minimum of second class (Upper Division)
Certification in Network administration
A minimum of 3 years experience in the technical areas below:
Experience in Network Administration
Experience in planning and implementing network security, including building firewalls file permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans
Experience in database management.
Experience in programming and software development added experience in web administration and design will be an ad vantage
Overseas/global best-practice experience
STRATEGY OFFICER
SPECIFICATIONS:
Good university in Economics, Business Administration Strategic Management and Finance with a minimum of second class (Upper Division)
A Master degree
A minimum of 3 years experience in the technical areas below:
International exposure to strategy or corporate planning experience in a best practice environment
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with good command of analytical tools and techniques
Capacity for conceptual and strategic analysis and good command of budgetary and operational management matters.
Strong project management skills.
Clients oriented responsive and mindful of client requirements
Deliver high quality and reliable output and reports on time
Excellent writing and verbal skills
RISK OFFICER
SPECIFICATIONS
Good university in the Business Science a minimum of second class (Upper Division)
A Master degree
A minimum of 3 years experience in the technical areas below:
Good experience in credit, Market or Operational Risk
Good understanding of global regulatory risk standards such as Basel II, Solvency II, etc
Strong financial sector experience.
Strong statistical and analytical
Strong project management
Excellent report writing
Excellent writing and verbal
Overseas/global best practice experience
