TETRA ENGINEER
THE JOB
The role exists to lead the maintenance of all Tetrapak equipment and related processing equipment with emphasis on delivering KPIs for Tetrapak equipment in a way that will constantly result in efficient, reliable, safe and cost effective operations.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the role has the responsibility to:
Lead Tera maintenance team to deliver maintenance KPIs for Tetra Engineerng section
Direct supervision, asset care and maintenance of installed Tetrapak equipment
Ensure training and retraining of technicians on repair and maintenance of all Tetrapak equipment
Stock up critical spares; maintain spare parts level to enable speedy attention to local repairs and maintenance

Minimum 3-5 years post qualification working experience in a related industry

Our client is an international Pharmaceutical Company. The company would like to hire a new NATIONAL SALES MANAGER to reinforce its Management Team in Ngeria and support the Country General Manager in boosting its operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The National Sales Manager will be required to lead a dynamic Sales Team and boost sales by activating or creating markets for its pharmaceutical products.
REQUIREMENTS
Potential candidates must have:
B.Pharm with at least 10 years post-qualification, hands-on experience leading sales/marketing teams in a sales – driven pharmaceutical company. An MBA will be an advantage
A good understanding of pharmaceutical sales and marketing including the distribution process
A strong entrepreneurial approach to business.
Strong leadership skills and result – orientation
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others
IT proficiency.
International training and work experience and or experience at a senior level with a multinational company will be an advantage.
