An Independent Oil Exploration and Production Company
THE POSITION: BUSINESS ANALYST
The successful candidate is expected to play the following roles:
Project and investment analysis (including Sensitivity Modelling, Scenario Building and Risk Analysis)
Business impact analysis.

Supply chain studies and analysis
Relevant energy economics analysis
Business environment scanning and assessment (short, near and medium term)
Counter party evaluation for investment and joint venture purposes
Market information gathering / research
THE PERSON
An excellent first degree in Engineering, Statistics and/or Finance
A post graduate degree in Finance or petroleum economics will be an advantage
5 years experience in a finance or E & P institution required
Not more than 37 years old
In addition to the above, candidates for this position will be expected to demonstrate the following attributes (A practical test shall be administered as part of he selection process):
Excellent communication skills (report writing and presentation)
Ease with numbers.
Research discipline
Analytical thinking
