Responsibilities:

* Actively engaging in sourcing for candidates.

* Screening and scheduling candidates for interview.

* Conducting pre-interview screenings majorly through phone calls.

* Conducting interviews with selected candidates

* Promoting candidates experience throughout the recruitment process.

* Identifying hiring needs.

* Crafting of job descriptions and requirements.

* Posting of job adverts on social media platforms and job websites

* Following up with hires.

* Participating in all recruitment related activities

Requirements:

* B.Sc./HND in any relevant discipline

* 1-3 Year of post NYSC experience in recruitment

* Good Communication (written and Verbal) Skills.

* Advanced interpersonal and critical thinking skills.

* Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems.

* Preferably male for gender balance
