Regno Media, a fast-growing media and outdoor advertising company, is seeking to hire a proactive and highly organized HR Officer to manage the company’s human capital needs and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Handle staff welfare, payroll preparation, and leave management.
Support performance management systems and coordinate staff appraisals.
Organize staff training and development programs.
Act as the first point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Prepare and submit accurate HR reports to management on a monthly basis.
Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Requirements
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or professional certification like CIPM is an added advantage).
Highly confidential, approachable, and people-oriented.
