REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications, abilities and attitudes:
A minimum qualification of Diploma/OND in Catering Management. But first degree in Hotel Management from a recognized institution will be an edge.
Sound knowledge of computer appreciation and application with basic hotel and catering software.
Knowledge of food costing and menu planning.
Ability to work under pressure and with large crowd.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work successfully with teams and take initiatives
Coordinate the day-to-day running of all out0station locations, providing full catering, housekeeping and management services.
