CAREER OPPORTUNITY
An Indigenous Group of Companies, which provides spectrum of services including retail services, investments, hotels and properties. Due to its current expansion plans requires a highly motivated individual as it s Head of Finance and Accounts.
HEAD OF FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the group finances and accounts and handle all regulatory and statutory compliance issues.
REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A good University degree and professional qualification (ACA)
Minimum of 8 years post qualification working experience
Proficiency in the use of Ms Office Suites and Sage, Daceasy and Peachtree Accounting packages.
Excellent handling and budgeting processes.
Management of treasury functions and banks liaison.
Firm understanding of various tax issues
Setup and maintenance of internal control processes for the group
DEMONSTRABLE SKILLS AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Timeliness and quality of financial reports
Prompt feedback from clients and regulatory authorities.
