Consolidated Breweries Plc, a subsidiary of Heineken International, produces and markets “33? Export lager brand; Hi-Malt and Maltex brands; and Turbo King Stout brand is currently looking for focused and determined individuals for the positions below.
Job Title: Tax Manager
The Role.
The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for:
- Preparing corporate tax returns.
- Tax planning.
- Researching, projecting tax obligations and ensuring compliance.
- Overseeing Federal and State audits of our various tax/statutory payments.
- Resolving complex tax issues.
- Optimising and controlling fiscal costs.
- Ensuring accurate and prompt payment of all taxes.
- Proper tax documentation and filing.
Requirements.
The ideal candidate should have (or meet) the following:
- Minimum of B.sc degree, second class honors (lower division) in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or other Finance-related disciplines.
- Professional qualification (ACCA or ACA) is a major advantage.
- Relevant experience in a similar role in a large manufacturing organization for not less than 3 years.
- Well organised, proactive and capable of anticipating potential challenges.
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislations and IRS guidelines.
General requirements for all the vacancies:
- Ability to work with Computer systems and softwares e.g MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and the Internet.
- Good team-player.
- “Hands on” attitude and disposition.
- Evidence of having participated in the NYSC scheme or Exemption.
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in any of the locations in Nigeria where we have operations.
- Not more than 45 years of age as at 1st January, 2011.
Remuneration.
Remuneration attached to each position is in line with existing rates in the industry.

Today post

PaceHeritage Limited (formerly known as Pace of Point Ravel Limited) started operations in 1995 as a neighborhood convenience store retailing ice cream for a major manufacturer in Lagos Nigeria.
Our founders, Mr. & Mrs. Prosper .C. Okpue in one of their visits to Europe especially Italy, were inspired by the art and compassion Italian “gelato” (ice cream) shop owners put into the production of each unique flavor of Italian “gelato” (ice cream) , the ambiance and rich aroma of Italian espresso coffee and ice cream shops. This inspiration grew into the desire to develop ice cream desserts suitable to local tropical weather culture, taste and economics. Pace established The Olde English Jazz Bar/Restaurant offering each meal with exotic ice cream desserts. The Olde English featured international jazz musicians and became a local Mecca for budding local jazz artists. Ice cream and jazz music lovers converged every Friday night at The Olde English to listen and dance to jazz and contemporary music.
Ice Cream Cones were added to Pace offerings. This was a complete departure from plastic cups used in serving ice cream. Demand for take out of Pace ice cream and cones grew. Pace moved to a 240 square meters factory facility at Lagos State Small Scale Industrial Estate, Matori Lagos using automatic machines with finest quality ice cream ingredients and flavors from leading Italian firms.
In 2005, Pace expanded to its new 1.5 hectares factory location at Agbara Industrial Estate and secured NAFDAC (National Food & Drug Administration Control) Certification for all its products in 2006. The PaceHeritage inspiration became a dream, the dream became reality and to achieve the reality became unstoppable.
Job Title: Secretarial/Administrative Assistant (Female)
Job Specifications (Qualifications, Skills & Competencies):
i. HND / OND in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration.
ii. Highly innovative, proactive and able to handle administrative support services.
iii. Positive attitude with good organizational and communication skills.
iv. Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and use of the Internet.
